Key Responsibilities

In this leadership position, you'll drive strategic and tactical execution:

• Architect highly scalable integration solutions using EDI standards like EDIFACT and X12.

• Design well-documented RESTful APIs for seamless EDI interfaces and connectors.
• Analyze, design, and implement transformations for EDI transactions, including ANSI X12 8xx series.
• Oversee cloud-native deployments on AWS services such as Lambda, ECS, DynamoDB, RDS, and CloudFormation.
• Optimize system performance, identify bottlenecks, and enhance reliability for large-scale operations.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
• 7+ years delivering backend software solutions; 2+ years in technical leadership.
• Deep expertise in EDI, EDIFACT, X12, Sterling B2B Integrator, and Sterling File Gateway.
• Experience defining canonical models, transformations, and mappings between EDI and OMS/ERP systems.
• Proven deployment of applications with RESTful APIs, scalable microservices, and CI/CD (Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
• Strong knowledge of containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), distributed systems, and messaging (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• Exceptional mentoring skills, agile leadership, and clear communication for technical and non-technical audiences.
