Serve as the go-to technical authority, driving alignment across squads. Dedicate 30% of your time to mentoring engineers, fostering a culture of learning, innovation, and engineering excellence aligned with Nike's leadership principles.
Partner with senior stakeholders from product, design, and business teams to define and deliver high-impact solutions. Ensure all systems prioritize security, performance, and maintainability while contributing to team rituals and shaping engineering culture.
Bring 8+ years of software engineering expertise, including 3+ years in native cloud engineering within high-scale, business-critical domains and 3+ years with Databricks. Demonstrate deep knowledge of AWS, React, TypeScript, Java/Node.js, and distributed systems like DynamoDB and Elasticsearch.
Excel in computer science fundamentals—algorithms, data structures, and modern cloud-native design patterns. Prove systems design prowess with end-to-end thinking. A Bachelor's in Computer Science or equivalent experience is required.
