As Lead Software Engineer, ITC - Blue Yonder TMS in Karnataka, India, you'll spearhead the design, implementation, and optimization of transportation management systems. Key Responsibilities

Your impact will span the full lifecycle of TMS projects:

• Lead end-to-end design of Blue Yonder TMS solutions aligned with business requirements, enterprise architecture, and industry standards.
• Define robust integration architectures connecting BY TMS with ERP systems, carriers, and external platforms.
• Provide expert advisory during implementations, upgrades, and enhancements, including business diagnostics and process workshops.
• Develop functional test scripts, support engineering planning, and deliver high-standard projects independently.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies: Program Increment Planning, story refinement, sprints, spikes, detailed design, build, test, and E2E integration.
• Conduct usability UAT with business teams, resolve escalated tickets, and create Root Cause Analysis for critical issues.
• Stay ahead of Blue Yonder product roadmaps and transportation trends, serving as the go-to SME for complex challenges.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain and Logistics Management with IT specialization, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of consulting and implementation in Blue Yonder TMS (mandatory).
• Track record in enterprise-level solution architecture, design, and delivery.
• Expertise in supply chain processes: inbound/outbound, multimodal, international logistics.
• Strong SQL skills for transportation data analysis; proficiency in APIs, XML, integration frameworks.
• Agile experience in fast-paced, multicultural environments; Blue Yonder certifications preferred.
• Exceptional communication to convey complex insights to stakeholders and leadership.

Technical Proficiencies
