Key Responsibilities

In this leadership role, you'll spearhead the creation and adaptation of sourcing strategies aligned with product excellence, profitability, delivery, resiliency, and sustainability goals.

• Partner closely with Product Creation and Material Supply Chain teams to develop and refine strategies, ensuring organization-wide alignment.
• Drive strategic supply chain projects, including country-level localization to build a responsive, responsible, and efficient materials ecosystem.
• Develop material sourcing strategies to scale innovation into inline products, conducting supplier evaluations and scalability assessments.
• Leverage cross-functional inputs like material forecasts, vendor capacity, costing, and commercial agreements.
• Collaborate with Materials Sourcing, Costing, Planning, Manufacturing, Partner Management, Footwear Material Development, T1 Footwear Sourcing, Innovation teams, Sustainability, Global Supply Planning, and external vendors.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or equivalent education/experience/training.
• 7+ years in Sourcing, Costing, Manufacturing, or relevant Materials experience.
