  • Track, trace, and communicate omnichannel performance, including DC health and inventory movement, while recommending solutions to Account, Channel, and Seasonal teams.
  • Collaborate with business analysts to develop, leverage, and streamline reporting and analytics best practices organization-wide.
  • Build, maintain, and elevate decision-making models enabling the team to optimize consumer value and profitability.
  • Participate in Nike's business analyst network to share knowledge, collaborate, and foster innovation.

Qualifications & Requirements

Critical Experience

  • Proven problem-solving and data storytelling skills to convert business challenges into actionable insights for senior leaders.
  • Expertise in analytical tools including SQL, Excel, Tableau, Alteryx, Snowflake, Databricks (Python/R a significant plus).
  • Knowledge of analytical methods such as regression, modeling, news vendor analyses, and expected value calculations.
