Key Responsibilities at Rivian

In this leadership role, you'll drive technical excellence across commercial facilities projects. Here's what you'll tackle daily:

  • Develop and maintain Commercial Electrical Standards: Create robust project technical requirements to standardize EV infrastructure nationwide.
  • Solve design and field challenges: Collaborate with architects and engineers to innovate on-the-fly solutions.
  • Visualize ideas independently: Use sketches, markups, drafting, illustrations, and renderings to communicate designs effectively.
  • Forecast infrastructure needs: Spot long-lead items early and push alternative solutions to keep timelines tight.
  • Lead electrical feasibility reviews: Oversee Small works and Remodel projects for commercial viability.
  • Drive process improvements: Identify efficiencies in technical design tools and workflows.
