Key Responsibilities

As Lead Training Coordinator, your impact will be immediate and multifaceted:

• Lead engaging presentations on Cardinal Health's policies, procedures, and safety protocols to ensure team compliance and knowledge retention.
• Train new associates on warehouse processes, work assignments, and essential skills for daily job functions, fostering a skilled workforce.
• Provide ongoing training and development support for associates needing assistance, promoting continuous improvement.
• Lead the team in executing daily job functions, from order processing to inventory management.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for accurate order picking, quality control checks, sorting, palletizing, packing, and shipment preparation.
• Cross-train in multiple warehouse areas including Inbound, ValueLink, and Outbound to support operational flexibility.
• Operate material handling equipment such as order pickers, forklifts, reach trucks, turret trucks, pallet jacks, and walkie riders.
• Perform receiving tasks, including scanning products with RF scanners and replenishing warehouse stock.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment through housekeeping and inventory control, adhering to all Environmental Health and Safety standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 6+ years of related experience, with 6+ years in distribution warehouse operations strongly preferred.
