Role Overview

As Lead - Warehouse Operations (Weekend Shift), you'll oversee weekend operations at our state-of-the-art Grove City facility. Work a 7:00am-5:30pm schedule Friday through Monday (or until work is complete), with flexibility for overtime to meet customer demands. This leadership role combines hands-on warehouse tasks with team coordination, ensuring seamless receipt, storage, and shipment of at-home healthcare products. Key Responsibilities

Drive operational excellence in a fast-paced medical supply environment:

• Train new hires on company procedures, safety protocols, and departmental standards to build a high-performing team.
• Monitor and enforce safety, productivity, and quality metrics, holding teams accountable for top performance.
• Manage housekeeping, inventory accuracy, and full compliance with Quality Risk Assessment (QRA) and regulatory requirements.
• Lead all distribution functions: unload trucks manually or with material handling equipment, stock freight per standards, process orders (picking, checking, sorting, consolidating, palletizing, packing, loading).
• Facilitate team meetings, resolve minor operational issues, and jump into production tasks as needed for smooth workflow.

Qualifications & Requirements

We seek proactive leaders with warehouse expertise:

• 2-4 years in warehouse/distribution, preferably healthcare or logistics.
• Proven team leadership, feedback delivery, and training experience.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel; WMS system proficiency required.

• Ability to operate PIT equipment; maintain certifications.
