The Lead Workflow Automation Engineer (Remote) role at CrowdStrike is a hands-on technical leadership position driving enterprise-wide intelligent automation initiatives. You'll leverage cutting-edge tools like N8N, Tray.ai, and AI platforms such as MCP and Gemini Enterprise to deliver scalable solutions that boost operational efficiency. Bridging business needs with technical excellence, you'll eliminate repetitive tasks, reduce errors, and unlock scalability through API integrations, multi-step workflows, and agentic AI. This role combines significant individual contribution with mentoring 2-3 engineers, setting technical standards, and partnering across Operations, Finance, HR, and more—all in a fully remote capacity.
Lead the architecture and implementation of enterprise automation solutions using N8N, Tray.ai, and AI platforms. Design and develop complex integrations via APIs, webhooks, and agentic workflows to automate business processes seamlessly.
Build and maintain robust monitoring systems, alerting mechanisms, and performance metrics to ensure workflow reliability. Track automation metrics like ROI, time savings, and error reduction to demonstrate impact.
Provide technical leadership to 2-3 automation engineers through code reviews, best practices, and architectural decisions. Serve as the escalation point for complex challenges while driving technical standards enterprise-wide.
Partner with cross-departmental stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, document implementations, and evangelize best practices. Integrate with enterprise apps like Salesforce, NetSuite, Workday, and Snowflake.
Require 10+ years in application integration and automation, with advanced skills in APIs (REST/GraphQL), JSON, XML, Python, SQL, and CI/CD pipelines. Deep hands-on experience with N8N, Tray.ai, or equivalents, plus proven AI implementation using MCP, Gemini Enterprise, or similar. Strong knowledge of agentic workflows, AI/ML concepts, and integrations with Salesforce, NetSuite, SAP, Workday, Snowflake, Coupa.
Track record leading complex enterprise initiatives, mentoring small teams, architectural design, and Agile environments. Excellent stakeholder management, cross-departmental collaboration, and business English communication proficiency.
