Qualifications & Requirements

To excel in this role, candidates should possess:

• 5-7 years of relevant contract experience; a lawyer license and notarial service attorney certificate is a plus.
• Broad knowledge of laws applicable to FMCG, including corporate, commercial, FCPA, data privacy, and anti-trust.
• In-house experience with a major international company or law firm; FMCG background preferred.
• Superior analytical skills, attention to detail, contract law expertise, and drafting/negotiation prowess.
• Proactive mindset for process improvement, excellent Microsoft Office proficiency, and strong managerial/communication skills.
• Business acumen to analyze regulations, manage risks, and provide strategic legal solutions.
