Role Overview

The Legal Operations Data Analyst role in Pune, India, is a pivotal position within CrowdStrike's award-winning Global Legal Operations team. This hybrid position (5pm-2pm shift) supports our department's digital transformation through automation, workflow improvements, and data-driven insights. You'll collaborate cross-functionally to build scalable reporting solutions, create compelling data visualizations, and automate manual processes using tools like Google Apps Script, Tableau, and JavaScript. As a self-starter in a fast-paced environment, you'll bring technical expertise and strategic thinking to drive legal efficiency. Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop interactive dashboards and visualizations in Tableau to deliver actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
• Utilize Google Apps Script and JavaScript to automate manual workflows and develop custom tools tailored for the Legal team.
• Create intuitive front-end interfaces with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to enhance user experiences across internal applications.
• Lead analytics and data source automation projects from requirements gathering through deployment and ongoing maintenance.
• Collaborate with Legal Operations, IT, and other teams to integrate diverse data sources into Tableau, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Track project progress, maintain strategic roadmaps, documentation, and deliver succinct weekly reports on initiatives.
• Support Legal's adoption of Generative AI by identifying use cases, mastering prompt engineering, and evaluating automation opportunities.
• Own and maintain analytics tools, dashboards, and metrics tracking legal performance and operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Requirements

To succeed in this role, you need 8+ years of professional experience in analytics, automation, or similar technical fields. Proficiency in Google Apps Script, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS is essential, alongside strong expertise in Tableau or comparable BI tools for data preparation, dashboard development, and storytelling. Experience curating datasets from platforms like Snowflake is highly valued. Excellent communication skills are key to explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Strong project management abilities, including documentation, dependency tracking, and timeline adherence, are required. A high attention to detail, client-service mindset, ability to handle confidential information, and enthusiasm for emerging technologies like AI are must-haves.
