Key Responsibilities
- Manage servers and virtual machines for optimal availability and performance, including new deployments.
- Resolve complex SD+ incidents within strict SLA/KPI timelines using technical expertise.
- Execute patching across domains with WSUS and SCCM, addressing Microsoft and security vulnerabilities.
- Conduct periodic preventative maintenance (PPM) and accurately document all activities.
- Collaborate on projects, change requests (CRs), builds, and testing with 3rd line and apps teams.
- Implement security practices, respond to incidents, and provide expert training to end-users and C4 engineers.
Required Skills and Competencies
Excel in communications, adaptability, technical troubleshooting, attention to detail, customer service, and teamwork. Proficiency in infrastructure components like VMs and UADs is essential.
