Based in Leominster, this role offers exposure to high-impact projects and business-as-usual operations in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Primary ownership of MS SCCM/MECM operations and maintenance.
- Expert support for Windows Server (AD, DNS, DHCP), Hyper-V virtualisation, and Microsoft technologies like SharePoint, SQL Server, and Teams.
- Handle networking, storage, and on-site/out-of-hours support.
- Produce high-quality technical documentation and meet project KPIs/SLAs.
Ideal Candidate Profile
We need self-motivated engineers with operational support experience, excellent problem-solving skills, and strong communication. Key expertise includes SCCM/MECM, Windows Server builds, virtualisation (VMware/Hyper-V), TCP/IP networking, Microsoft stack, and SAN storage. DV clearance is required.

Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain SCCM/MECM environments
- Support Microsoft Windows Server services (AD, DNS, DHCP) and Hyper-V virtualisation
- Manage Microsoft stack technologies including SharePoint, SQL, Teams, and PowerShell scripting
- Provide on-site and out-of-hours on-call support for infrastructure issues
- Contribute to technical documentation and project/operational deliverables
- Ensure compliance with project milestones, customer KPIs, and SLAs
