Your Role and Responsibilities
Lead R&D strategies for U.S. Army C5ISR, integrate emerging tech, monitor trends, mentor teams, oversee projects per DoD standards, conduct testing and analysis, deliver recommendations, present reports, and collaborate with stakeholders.
Basic Qualifications
- 12+ years cybersecurity; 8+ years Crypto Modernization/Key Management expertise (full key lifecycle, KMI/MGC/OTNK/iApp/MPMSS, PKI, NSA standards, CMS, Post-Quantum Crypto).
- Bachelor’s in engineering/CS/related field.
- Government security policies familiarity.
- Active TS/SCI clearance; U.S. Citizenship.
Preferred Qualifications
- Heterogeneous networking/protocol standards experience.
- System engineering, software design, Army programs.
Clearance Required
Active DoD TS/SCI at time of application.

- System engineering, electrical design, software engineering, or Army program support (experience)

- Develop and implement R&D strategies aligned with U.S. Army C5ISR mission objectives
- Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies and methodologies to drive innovation
- Monitor industry trends to identify opportunities for advancement
- Lead, mentor, and inspire the R&D team, fostering technical excellence
- Oversee R&D projects ensuring alignment with DoD Cyber Security Strategy
- Conduct physical testing, analyze data, and interpret information
- Prepare recommendations and solutions for cyber defense areas
- Prepare and present detailed reports to stakeholders
- Collaborate with stakeholders, subcontractors, and support personnel
