Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver training programs on combat systems and weapon employment for AEGIS sailors.
- Act as SME for AEGIS SPY Radar, instructing on tactical and operational use.
- Analyze system capabilities, limitations, and Navy doctrine to optimize performance.
- Execute integrated scenarios using shore-based training systems.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and document technical reviews.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years U.S. Navy surface warfare experience with combat systems on DDGs, CGs, carriers, LCS, or similar.
- Active Secret Clearance and U.S. Citizenship.
- Proficiency in technical writing, presentations, and Microsoft Office.
- Operational knowledge of Navy combatants, weapons, and threats.

- Utilize shore-based systems for dynamic training and watchstander assessment
