Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver training programs on combat systems and weapon employment for AEGIS sailors.

  • Integrate doctrine to optimize combat systems in dynamic tactical environments
  • Utilize shore-based systems for dynamic training and watchstander assessment
  • Conduct training sessions and develop evaluation criteria for training effectiveness
