Job Description

Make an Impact with Leidos as an AEM Administrator

Join Leidos' high-performing Treasury Solutions and Development team supporting a long-term IRS engagement. This hybrid role (2-3 days in-person at local IRS site, subject to change) combines AEM administration, software development, debugging, and customer support to modernize applications and migrate to the cloud. Manage projects spanning technical areas in a dynamic, mission-critical environment guided by Leidos' Mission, Vision, and Values.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Administer, troubleshoot, and optimize AEM instances for peak performance.
  • Collaborate with customers to solve complex challenges across disciplines.
  • Leverage cloud technologies for application migrations.
  • Design Agile-based technical solutions.
  • Execute system testing, integration, CI/CD, monitoring, documentation, stakeholder communication, training, and support.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s + 4+ years full-cycle AEM experience (or equivalent).
  • 4+ years AEM Administration; developer experience required.
  • Legacy-to-cloud migration expertise (pre-AEM systems).
  • Proficiency in AEM building blocks: templates, components, dialogs, widgets, bundles.
  • Unit testing, Git, Agile environments, strong communication.
  • IDEs/toolchains; adaptable to new tech; problem-solving in teams.
  • US Citizen/LPR (3+ years residency), tax compliant, eligible for MBI clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

Advanced cloud/AEM certifications; IRS/federal project experience; embedded systems coding (noted in context).
