Join Leidos as an AETC/A2X Intelligence Planner

Leidos is seeking a dynamic Intelligence Planner to support the AETC/A2 staff at Randolph AFB in Universal City, TX. This pivotal role involves high-visibility initiatives across Operational Planning Teams, Strategic Action Plans, Corporate Structure Group, Concept of Operations, and training strategies. Targeted start: mid-April.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply strategic thinking to analyze planning efforts and recommend solutions to the directorate.
• Provide intelligence support to planning teams, international training coordination, and engagements with MAJCOMs and HAF A2/6.
• Conduct analysis of intelligence systems, policies, and processes for AFSC technical training.
• Monitor Air Force and DoD strategies, doctrine, and TTPs, ensuring compliance.
• Deliver weekly briefings and reports on command-wide innovation initiatives.
• Analyze AETC strategic plans to develop ISR training roadmaps and force development plans.

Required Qualifications

• Current Top Secret SCI clearance on day 1.
• Bachelor’s Degree with 4–8 years relevant experience.
• AETC and MAJCOM staff experience.
• Expertise in strategic planning and MAJCOM plans.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; excellent critical thinking and briefing skills.
• Ability to thrive in dynamic environments with DoD, military, and industry partners.

Nice to Have

• MA/MS in International Relations, Political Science, or National Security Studies.
