Leidos Intelligence Sector seeks a Senior All-Source Analyst (Production) to support USCYBERCOM J2 in Fort Meade, MD. Deliver cutting-edge multi-source analysis and cyber-focused intelligence production for defense missions. Contingent upon contract award; requires Active DoD TS/SCI with Polygraph.
Core Responsibilities
- Analyze intelligence from classified, technical, open-source, and all-source data to forecast national security developments.
- Deconflict reporting, characterize cyber threats/malware, and identify TTP shifts targeting DoDIN and critical infrastructure.
- Produce bulletins, briefs, estimates, and assessments meeting ICD 203 standards with minimal revisions.
- Collaborate across IC, combatant commands, CNMF, DHS/NCSD, and CERTs to close intelligence gaps.
- Support operations with JIPOE, MIDB nominations, exercise scenarios, and tool expertise (Tripwire, Intellipedia, CyberCOP, Pathfinder).
Required Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph; DoD 8570.01 IAT/IAM Level 1 certified.
- Expertise in all-source tradecraft, cyber analysis, and production tools.
- Ability to maintain currency on global events and document operational instructions.

- Produce high-quality intelligence products adhering to ODNI/DIA standards
- Categorize cyber threats, malware trends, and adversary TTPs targeting DoDIN/CI/KR
- Collaborate with IC partners, USCYBERCOM components, and CNMF on analytic gaps
- Support OCO/DCO operations, JIPOE, IPTs, exercises, and MIDB entity nomination
