Your Role as Application Support Analyst

Provide Level 2 and Level 3 application and infrastructure support in a small, dynamic team. Troubleshoot technical issues, ensure service continuity, and interact with Leidos developers, security teams, clients, vendors, and end users. Key duties include system monitoring, incident ownership (triage to resolution), root-cause analysis, documentation creation, on-call participation, and collaboration on new features/patches.

What You'll Bring

  • Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar ITSM tools
  • Proven application troubleshooting skills
  • ITIL knowledge in incident, problem, and service request processes
  • Strong multi-tasking, priority management, and remote collaboration abilities
  • Desirable: Low Code apps, Cloud, Kubernetes

Required Qualifications

  • Australian Citizenship (experience)

  • System administration or support analyst background (experience)
  • Mission-critical IT systems experience (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 2/3 support for enterprise Case Management System
  • Monitor systems, troubleshoot issues, and report on operational reliability
  • Own incidents: triage, investigate, resolve, escalate, and follow up
  • Conduct root-cause analysis and recommend solutions
  • Create/maintain documentation and Knowledge Base Articles
  • Participate in on-call roster and meet contractual KPIs
  • Engage with developers for features, enhancements, and patches
