Join our multi-year program supporting Federal Government customers' mission-critical IT systems, including an enterprise Case Management System.
Provide Level 2 and Level 3 application and infrastructure support in a small, dynamic team. Troubleshoot technical issues, ensure service continuity, and interact with Leidos developers, security teams, clients, vendors, and end users. Key duties include system monitoring, incident ownership (triage to resolution), root-cause analysis, documentation creation, on-call participation, and collaboration on new features/patches.
Australian Citizens with NV1 clearance (TSPV upgrade capable) required. Don't worry if you don't match every criterion—apply if you meet most!
