Key Responsibilities

• Generate target-specific forecasts for mission planning and execution to optimize capabilities.
• Monitor weather parameters in real-time, collaborating with planners to mitigate risks.
• Maintain and expand SME knowledge on worldwide weather conditions.
• Brief crewmembers and senior government leaders with tailored weather reports.
• Perform detailed post-mission analyses and provide actionable recommendations.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years as a qualified ISR weather forecaster across CENTCOM, INDOPACOM, SOUTHCOM.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or USMIL weather forecasting school completion (or equivalent experience).
• TOP SECRET/SCI clearance required; polygraph capability essential (current polygraph preferred).
• Proven ability to handle classified materials flawlessly in secure facilities.
• Self-directed performance in fast-paced, unsupervised environments.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Support for collection platforms.
• Proficiency in JMPS/PFPS/Falconview.
• Technical knowledge of government operations, networks, and systems.
