Key Responsibilities

• Provide biometrics-enabled identity analysis using internal and external systems.
• Conduct extensive searches in biometric repositories for identity resolution.
• Analyze and interpret complex biometric reports.
• Communicate actionable findings to stakeholders effectively.
• Stay current on evolving biometric technologies, capabilities, and databases.

Basic Qualifications

• TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree with 4-8 years relevant experience, or Master’s with 2-6 years; additional experience may substitute for degree.
• Proven experience with biometric systems, analysis, and IC data.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated cross-functional planning, coordination, and execution abilities.
• Familiarity with biometric and analytical tools/databases.
