Primary Responsibilities

  • Document requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide development teams effectively.
  • Analyze requirements for alignment with business objectives, ensuring clarity and completeness.
  • Support testing activities, review test cases, and confirm solutions meet stakeholder expectations.
  • Facilitate collaboration across stakeholders, addressing concerns and fostering shared understanding.
  • Identify process bottlenecks, propose enhancements, and streamline workflows for productivity gains.
  • Interpret business needs to bridge stakeholders and technical teams, aligning with organizational goals.
  • Analyze SLA/TPM/KPI metrics to support reporting and delivery excellence.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree + 8-12 years relevant experience.
  • Public Trust clearance eligibility.
  • Application migration experience.
  • HHS healthcare customer experience.
  • SAFe/Agile BA expertise, team management, and requirements gathering leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

  • CMS/HHS domain knowledge.
  • Medicare/FFM business processes understanding.
  • SAFe POPM certification.
  • HCD/UI/UX experience.
