Primary Responsibilities
- Document requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide development teams effectively.
- Analyze requirements for alignment with business objectives, ensuring clarity and completeness.
- Support testing activities, review test cases, and confirm solutions meet stakeholder expectations.
- Facilitate collaboration across stakeholders, addressing concerns and fostering shared understanding.
- Identify process bottlenecks, propose enhancements, and streamline workflows for productivity gains.
- Interpret business needs to bridge stakeholders and technical teams, aligning with organizational goals.
- Analyze SLA/TPM/KPI metrics to support reporting and delivery excellence.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree + 8-12 years relevant experience.
- Public Trust clearance eligibility.
- Application migration experience.
- HHS healthcare customer experience.
- SAFe/Agile BA expertise, team management, and requirements gathering leadership.
Preferred Qualifications
- CMS/HHS domain knowledge.
- Medicare/FFM business processes understanding.
- SAFe POPM certification.
- HCD/UI/UX experience.
