Leidos Health Solutions Business Area is seeking a dynamic Business Development Analyst to drive growth in our Health & Civil Sector. Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the Executive Leadership Team on research and analysis for strategic decisions and situational awareness.
• Assist Senior BD and Capture Managers in identifying and maturing new business opportunities in focus market areas.
• Participate in business planning, pipeline reviews, gate reviews, and BD reporting.
• Collaborate on win strategies including technical solutions, teaming, staffing, and pricing.
• Perform budget analysis, competitive intelligence, teaming exploration, and develop marketing materials, white papers, and RFI responses.

This role focuses on hands-on support for BD, capture, and proposal artifacts from inception to completion, monitoring competitive dynamics, and pursuing strategic partnerships.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree + 4+ years relevant experience or Master’s + 2+ years (or demonstrated excellence at Leidos).
• Demonstrated leadership skills.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication.

Preferred Qualifications

• US Government procurement process knowledge.
• Leidos proposal process familiarity.
• Interest in BD/Marketing, high energy, self-motivated, team-oriented, ability to thrive under pressure.
