Primary Responsibilities

  • Lead full lifecycle of opportunity maturation, from identification to qualified capture across multiple pursuits.
  • Perform market analysis, identify emerging requirements, and execute customer engagement plans.
  • Develop win themes, conduct competitive assessments, build teammate networks, and advocate corporate solutions.
  • Partner with technical SMEs, operations leadership, and BD/capture teams to align with business goals.
  • Contribute to growth strategy, bid/proposal activities, and brand promotion with high diplomacy and tact.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 12+ years experience; strong US Air Force relationships.
  • Proven pipeline development, strategic planning, financial analysis, and capture success.
  • Technical/operational background, excellent communication, self-starter with DoD clearance eligibility.
  • US Citizenship required; travel as needed.
