Leidos is seeking a skilled CAD Drafter to deliver innovative solutions in power delivery and substation projects. Primary Responsibilities

• Complete drafting for Protection & Control, SCADA, and Communications drawings, including Single Line Diagrams, Schematics, Control Building Layouts, Wiring Diagrams, and AC/DC Station Service drawings.
• Produce Physical Electrical drawings such as General Arrangements, Electrical Plans, Elevations, Foundation Plans, Structural Details, Grounding Plans, Raceway Details, and Equipment Vendor Files.
• Support remote office overflow CAD workload, coordinating with CAD leads across Leidos offices.

Basic Qualifications

• High school Diploma or Drafting Certificate with 2+ years of experience.
• Drafting experience in AutoCAD and/or MicroStation.
• Proficiency in Windows, Microsoft Office, and 3D modeling with Autodesk Revit, Inventor, AutoCAD, Bentley Open Utilities, or MicroStation.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree.
• Utility substation drafting experience.
• Familiarity with ProjectWise, SharePoint, FTP, VBA, and AutoLisp for program customization.
• Ability to implement diverse client CAD standards.
