Primary Responsibilities

• Verify ESD workstations, solder stations, and calipers for compliance.
• Install and test calibration/ESD equipment including measurement tools, assembly tools, ground blocks, wrist strap detectors, dissipative mats, and flooring.
• Maintain accurate records, ensure NIST-approved calibrations, and label equipment correctly.
• Enter documents and certificates into online tracking tools using multimeters, constant monitor testers, and resistance test kits.
• Perform additional duties as required, supporting team flexibility.

Basic Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent + 2 years of measurement/test equipment or maintenance experience.
• Strong written/verbal communication, interpersonal, organizational, electrical, mechanical, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry; effective multitasking.
• Ability to lift 35 lbs and stay mobile throughout the workday.
• Must be a North Alabama resident or willing to relocate (relocation not offered).
