Primary Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee calibration of tools and equipment across facilities.
- Verify ESD workstations, solder stations, and calipers for optimal performance.
- Install and test diverse equipment including measurement tools, assembly tools, ground blocks, wrist strap detectors, dissipative mats, and flooring.
- Label equipment accurately, maintain NIST-approved calibration records, and update online tracking systems.
- Operate advanced test gear such as multimeters, constant monitor testers, and resistance test kits.
- Perform additional duties to support team objectives.
Basic Qualifications
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent with 2+ years in measurement/test equipment maintenance.
- Strong written/verbal communication, interpersonal, organizational, electrical, mechanical, and analytical skills.
- Multitasking ability and adaptability to evolving responsibilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and precise data entry.
- Physical capability to lift 35 lbs and remain mobile throughout the workday.
- Must reside in North Alabama or relocate independently—no relocation assistance provided.
