Key Responsibilities
- Shape customer engagement strategies and secure senior executive involvement.
- Build winning, differentiated strategies that align with client needs and Leidos objectives.
- Assemble elite capture teams and industry partners for optimal positioning.
- Drive proposal excellence with Bid Manager, embedding win themes and evaluation criteria.
- Manage stakeholders, escalate risks, and ensure seamless post-award transitions.
Required Experience & Skills
Demonstrate a strong track record winning £20m+ services deals, ideally MoD. Excel in leadership, strategic thinking, relationship building across boundaries, commercial savvy, and deadline execution. UK Security Clearance essential.

90,000 - 130,000 GBP / yearly

- Proven track record as Capture Manager/Pursuit Lead winning £20m+ complex services opportunities, ideally UK MoD (experience)
- Experience developing/maintaining senior internal, customer, and partner relationships (experience)
- UK Security Clearance required (experience)
- Ability to lead pursuits in fast-paced, high-pressure environments (experience)
Responsibilities
- Define customer engagement strategy and lead senior executive contacts
- Engage customers/stakeholders to shape opportunities and win strategies
- Assemble and lead high-performing capture teams to meet milestones
- Develop differentiated, competitive win strategies aligned with business goals
- Collaborate with Bid Manager for high-quality proposals addressing win themes
- Manage internal stakeholders, escalate issues, and ensure leadership engagement
- Lead post-submission activities and seamless handover to delivery teams
