Primary Responsibilities
- Execute general carpentry: framing, drywall, paneling, cabinetry, trim.
- Drive office renovations and core/shell structure maintenance.
- Build custom projects like plaque displays and minor cabinetry.
- Troubleshoot repairs: loose carpets/tiles, damaged furniture, glass replacement, seal leaks.
- Perform routine inspections to preemptively address facility issues.
- Uphold safety, building codes, and EHS standards while maintaining organized workspaces.
Basic Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI w/ Poly clearance.
- 5-7 years in carpentry/maintenance.
- Expertise in metal/shaft wall framing, high lift, all carpentry facets.
- Proficient with hand/power tools; knowledge of diverse materials (wood, steel, concrete).
- Team player with 35lb lift capacity, ladder work ability, strong customer service.
Preferred Qualifications
- Blueprint interpretation and material list creation.
- Lead full construction projects start-to-finish.
- Train junior staff; multitask with excellent communication.
