Lead Enterprise Change Management at Leidos – Disrupt the Status Quo

Leidos Digital Modernization is hiring a Change Management Lead for configuration and infrastructure on the USCIS Enterprise Automation & Unified Task Orchestration (eAUTO) contract. Govern production changes across enterprise environments serving 30,000+ users with 24x7 IT services integrating automation, cloud, hosting, and unified communications. As VCAB Chair and process owner, enforce ITIL standards, automate workflows, and deliver analytics balancing velocity and risk for hundreds of monthly changes.

Primary Responsibilities

• Oversee CM team management, priorities, status, deliverables, and enterprise program interfacing with DHS ICCB.
• Facilitate daily Virtual CABs achieving 99% same-day processing; automate VCAB minutes in ServiceNow.
• Produce weekly/quarterly change-volume metrics; integrate CM oversight into AWS resources.
• Review and approve Change Requests in ServiceNow/ServiceHUB within 1–7-day SLAs.
• Support break-fix and emergency changes with precision and speed.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in IT or relevant degree + 4+ years in enterprise IT Change Management, metrics/reporting, ITSM, or ServiceNow/Remedy expertise.
• ITIL certification required (or obtainable within 12 months); deep ITIL framework knowledge.
• Expertise in CM automation workflows; experience creating functional documentation and training.
• Proven leadership in IT process implementation/improvement; policy/procedure development.
• Strong collaboration with business and technical stakeholders; DHS Public Trust Clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Agile/Scrum certification; embedding change gates in CI/CD pipelines.
• USCIS contract/mission environment experience.
• Skills in policy development, training materials, and cross-team improvements.
