Join our National Security Sector (NSS) as Chief Engineer on a large-scale, nationally significant software development and systems engineering program in Annapolis Junction, MD. As prime contractor, you'll drive mission outcomes through optimized Agile execution of the customer's product backlog and roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure overall integrity, quality, and completeness of technical work and deliverables.
• Lead cross-discipline integration among Agile teams, fostering innovation.
• Apply systems engineering principles across Concept, Development, Production, Utilization, Support, and Retirement phases.
• Engage with Government on engineering issues, problems, and conflicts.
• Communicate effectively with program teams, overseers, and senior executives.
• Mentor mid-level and junior engineers for program success.

Required Qualifications

• Active Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph clearance.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related discipline (Master’s preferred).
• 20+ years systems/software engineering on similar-scope programs.
• Extensive SIGINT/CNO expertise, including Agency sensor enterprise and tasking systems.
• Proven leadership in architecting and executing large-scale Agile programs.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud-based architectures.
• Track record of technical innovation in high-stakes environments.
