Chinese OSINT Collector - Leidos National Security Sector
Join Leidos NSS in Reston, VA, as a Chinese OSINT Collector specializing in publicly available information (PAI) exploitation. Conduct strategic, tactical, and operational analysis of open sources, including deep and dark web, to deliver mission-critical insights.
Primary Responsibilities
- Respond to customer RFIs by gathering Chinese-language OSINT, analyzing data, and producing detailed English reports.
- Collaborate with intelligence teams to publish high-impact reporting addressing key mission questions.
- Research, triage, process, and exploit PAI from diverse sources for customer interests.
- Enhance collection platforms, test analytics tools, and innovate methodologies for efficiency.
Basic Qualifications
- Fluency in spoken/written Chinese (any dialect).
- US Citizen with active TS/SCI clearance; CI polygraph eligibility.
- Bachelor's + 4-8 years or Master's + 2-6 years relevant experience.
- Expertise in Boolean logic, NLP, social media analytics, data correlation, visualizations.
- Superior communication, independent work, and team collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Python, R, or scripting for data science/analytics.
- Statistical data mining proficiency.
- Demonstrated problem-solving in complex technical environments.
