THE CHALLENGE: Role & Responsibilities
- Develop skills in transmission/substation civil projects
- Prepare deliverables: drawings, reports, correspondence
- Enhance project efficiency through process improvements
- Provide technical support in team settings for high-voltage lines

Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in Bachelor of Science Civil Engineering program at accredited university (experience)
- Minimum GPA of 2.8 or higher (experience)
- Interest in transmission and substation civil engineering projects (experience)
- Ability to work in field and office settings (experience)
Responsibilities
- Assist with preparation of project deliverables including engineered drawings, technical reports, and documentation
- Support development of processes and procedures to improve project execution efficiency
- Collaborate in team environment on high voltage transmission line projects
- Partner with senior engineers and interns to solve utility grid challenges
- Gain hands-on experience in steel/concrete structure analysis, foundation design, and construction documents
