We're seeking a Computer Systems Engineer - Pega Resource for the National Airspace System (NAS) Integration Support Contract (NISC IV) supporting the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) in Washington, DC.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality PEGA software solutions across the full software development lifecycle—from requirements to deployment.
  • Build, maintain, and support enterprise PEGA infrastructure as part of a technical team.
  • Review, test, and implement patches and upgrades for PEGA environments.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all supported systems.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues using proven critical thinking skills.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field (4-8 years experience) or Master’s (2-6 years).
  • U.S. work eligibility and ability to pass FAA Public Trust screening.
  • 4+ years in PEGA platform management, upgrades/patching, and application support.
  • Strong expertise in PEGA tools: packaging, security, rulesets, portals, reports.
  • Knowledge of .Net or Java web technologies; excellent communication skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Federal Government experience.
  • Familiarity with FAA systems: FRAMES, Delphi, PRISM, RPFMT, REPM.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality PEGA software solutions
  • Provide operational support across software development lifecycle
  • Build, maintain, and support enterprise PEGA infrastructure
  • Review, test, and implement PEGA patches and upgrades
  • Develop and maintain complete documentation for PEGA environments
  • Troubleshoot complex issues using critical thinking
  • Collaborate with technical support team on FAA National Airspace System programs
