Your Role in FAA's National Airspace System

As a Computer Systems Engineer - Pega Resource on the NISC IV contract, you'll support the Federal Aviation Administration in Washington, DC. Design, develop, and maintain Pega software solutions while providing operational support across the full software lifecycle—from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, maintain, and support enterprise PEGA infrastructure.
  • Review, test, and implement patches and upgrades.
  • Develop comprehensive documentation for environments.
  • Troubleshoot using critical thinking and PEGA OOTB tools.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related (4-8 years exp.) or Master’s (2-6 years).
  • U.S. work eligibility and FAA Public Trust clearance.
  • 4+ years PEGA platform management, upgrades, and app support.
  • Expertise in PEGA tools and .Net/Java web tech.

Preferred Skills

Federal experience and FAA systems knowledge (FRAMES, Delphi, PRISM, etc.).
