Leidos is seeking a skilled COMSEC/Network Engineer to join our National Security Sector's Cyber & Analytics Business Area. This role supports critical communications infrastructure for local and field sites on a high-visibility prime contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, operate, and maintain COMSEC equipment and software to meet stringent security standards.
- Enforce COMSEC policies, ensuring full compliance with regulations.
- Assess and mitigate risks in communications security operations.
- Manage inventory of COMSEC materials, keying equipment, and cryptographic keys.
- Collaborate across teams and with external partners for seamless COMSEC integration.
- Investigate incidents, report anomalies, and implement corrective measures.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (or 5+ years equivalent experience in systems administration/network engineering).
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.
- Network+ certification or approved equivalent.
- Demonstrated prior COMSEC experience.

- Enforce COMSEC policies and procedures in compliance with regulations
- Assess and manage communications security risks
- Maintain accurate inventory of COMSEC material including keying equipment and cryptographic keys
- Collaborate with departments and external organizations on COMSEC requirements
- Investigate and report COMSEC incidents implementing corrective actions
