Leidos’ Security Detection and Automation group seeks an experienced Configuration Data Management Analyst to join our dynamic CM Team. Work alongside program managers and engineers to process hardware/software changes, ensuring precision in drawings, schematics, and documentation. Interpret policies, apply technical standards, and identify continuous improvement opportunities in a fast-paced, regulated environment handling classified data.

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate expertise in BOM, drawing types, change orders, and document control.
• Review part/product changes for efficiency and accuracy.
• Lead process improvements for CM status accounting.
• Analyze change impacts on materials and inventory.
• Facilitate Change Control Boards and drive actions to closure.
• Support configuration audits and perform data entry.
• Communicate cross-functionally to meet deadlines.

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years in Configuration Data Management or equivalent.
• BS degree or ASQ-accredited CM certification (experience substitutable).
• Must obtain Federal clearance (Public Trust/Confidential/Secret).
• Proficient in Windchill, ePDM, CostPoint, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of EIA-649 and AS 9100 principles.
• Advanced MS Word/Excel skills; thrives in team settings.
• On-site 3 days/week; webcam for 80% meetings.
