Join Leidos as a Contracts Representative in Federal Civilian IT

Leidos, a leader in digital modernization, seeks a skilled Contracts Representative for our Federal Civilian IT team. This individual contributor role focuses on managing a portfolio of task orders, representing the 'selling side' in procurement. Build key relationships with internal teams and external customers, negotiate essential changes, and deliver expert business recommendations on contract structure, clauses, risks, proposals, and performance issues.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Provide task order coordination through execution.
  • Directly support the FAA onsite Leidos contracts manager.
  • Engage regularly with programs, contracts, finance, business development, and customers.
  • Participate in early capture sessions to align contract strategies.
  • Develop/review prime contract flowdowns for compliance and risk minimization.
  • Assist internal/external audits and data requests.

Basic Qualifications

  • US Citizen; Public Trust Clearance eligible.
  • BA/BS + 2-4 years or MA/MS + <2 years relevant experience.
  • FAA contracts experience, especially proposals.
  • Strong negotiation skills for complex T&Cs.
  • Knowledge of all contract types and FAR/AMS.
  • Fast-paced multitasking; interpersonal skills for executives.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications

  • CPFF/FFP contracts, NDAs, teaming agreements.
  • OCI risk analysis/mitigation.
  • Technical/contractual risk identification.
  • Change negotiation and policy approvals.
