Join Leidos as Control Account Manager Lead in Huntsville, AL

Leidos seeks a Control Account Manager (CAM) Lead for our Hypersonic Portfolio in the Kinetic Effects Business Area. Provide management oversight for scope, cost, and schedule on the Common Hypersonic Glide Body (CHGB) program at our Mid-City Huntsville facility. Serve in a business operations role, leading EVM/Scheduling/Business Rhythm across all control accounts to monitor and control the performance measurement baseline. Integral to Leidos' Corporate EVM Center of Excellence (COE).

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead weekly priority calls with CAMs and EVM/Scheduling team.
  • Participate in monthly RIO board reviews and technical meetings.
  • Align resources to PMB, review staffing needs.
  • Manage LENS inputs: IMS status, BCRs, ETC, VAR.
  • Develop corrective actions, analyze EAC, review performance data.
  • Provide scheduling inputs for SRA, work with contracts/finance.
  • Define scope/WBS, select earning standards/EVT.
  • Influence functional leaders, develop corporate CAM processes, lead workshops.

Basic Qualifications

  • BA + 12 years experience (or equivalent).
  • Tool proficiency: MS Project, Excel, Deltek Cobra, etc.
  • EVMS leadership, IMS/CPM, ETC/EAC, baseline control, IBR experience.
  • US Citizen, DoD Secret eligible, onsite Huntsville.

Preferred Qualifications

Program Management Professional certification, advanced EVM expertise.

  • Experience leading EVMS on programs (experience)
  • US Citizenship with ability to obtain DoD Secret clearance (experience)
  • Onsite availability in Huntsville, AL (experience)
  • Experience with IMS development, ETC/EAC, baseline change control, IBR events (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Lead weekly priority calls with CAMs and EVM/Scheduling team
  • Ensure timely monthly inputs to Leidos EVM tool (LENS) including IMS status, BCRs, ETC updates, VAR
  • Develop and coordinate corrective action plans, analyze EAC realism
  • Review program performance at WP/CA level, provide scheduling inputs for SRA
  • Align resources to PMB, review staffing with CAMs/functional managers, partner with finance/contracts
  • Lead CAM development workshops, establish corporate CAM processes/procedures
