Make a direct impact on global security with Leidos' Intelligence Sector. Support USCYBERCOM J2 in identifying, monitoring, and countering foreign intelligence threats targeting U.S. persons, operations, and interests. This contingent role (proposal phase) demands analytic rigor to evaluate emerging technology threats and produce all-source CI studies.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess foreign intelligence activities and TTPs, including cyber threats.
- Develop CI plans, strategies, and SOPs with deep analytic insights.
- Deliver high-quality responses to RFIs and maintain ODNI/DIA tradecraft standards.
- Manage databases, brief leadership, and support high-threat travel/visitor protocols.
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years relevant experience, Master's (or Bachelor's +5 years), intelligence analysis training.
- Active DoD TS/SCI with Polygraph (no sponsorship).
- Cyber CI expertise and proficiency in MS Office suite.
Preferred Qualifications
- USCYBERCOM mission familiarity and Joint operations support experience.

- Cyber CI investigative expertise (experience)
- Database and repository maintenance experience (experience)
Responsibilities
- Identify, monitor, and assess foreign intelligence threats to U.S. national security
- Conduct in-depth all-source CI research and produce studies on emerging tech threats
- Develop CI concepts, SOPs, plans, and strategies from analytic perspective
- Produce tactical/operational analytical products for RFIs adhering to ODNI/DIA standards
- Brief stakeholders on CI threats, trends, and travel/visitor support
- Manage intelligence databases and CI analytic resources
- Prepare and present briefings using PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and PDF
