Leidos, a premier government contractor, has secured the Beacon program in Northern Virginia—a long-term initiative delivering critical national security impact. We're hiring Counterintelligence (CI) Officers at all levels (1-20+ years experience) with active TS/SCI w/Polygraph for client-site work in Reston, VA.
Key Responsibilities
- Research, analyze, and investigate complex CI issues using advanced tools and methods.
- Conduct CI reviews, requirements, and risk assessments to protect operations.
- Deliver expert briefings to senior customer management.
- Collaborate across agencies in high-paced environments while supporting decision-makers.
Experience Levels
- Level 1: 1+ year + Bachelor’s degree
- Level 2: 3+ years + Bachelor’s degree
- Level 3: 7+ years + Bachelor’s degree
- Level 4: 12+ years + Bachelor’s degree
- Level 5: 20+ years + Bachelor’s degree
- *5 years additional experience may substitute for degree*
Basic Qualifications
Mandatory: Current/active TS/SCI with Polygraph (no exceptions). Experience in intelligence products, CI reviews, research/targeting, analytic writing, teamwork, and multitasking in dynamic settings.
