Become a CPI2 NET Trainer at Fort Hood, TX (now Fort Cavazos), supporting the evolving CPI2 program lifecycle.
Primary Responsibilities
- Provide expert CPI2 New Equipment Training (NET) in classroom and field settings using approved POIs.
- Collaborate on Training Support Packages (TSP) and Technical Manuals (TM).
- Participate in Validation & Verification, Logistic Demonstrations, Operational Tests, and special projects.
- Deliver SME support for integrated collective validation exercises.
- Support SYNC Conferences, NMIB, New Equipment Fielding, VALEX, and After-Action Reviews.
- Leverage Command Post experience for NET and integration services.
- Assist units in operating CPI2 within System of Systems (SoS) environments.
- Employ diverse training methods: instructor-led, embedded, self-paced, and over-the-shoulder.
- Review and input on CPI2 TSP development and CP integration processes.
- Travel up to 75%; lift/carry 60lbs equipment.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's + 5+ years or MOS + 9+ years on TN/WIN-T systems.
- Active DoD Secret clearance.
- CPI2 experience; TM editing; Command Post hands-on expertise.
- Tactical power grid knowledge.
