Leidos, a leader in digital modernization, seeks a CRM Lead Architect to drive the transformation of legacy systems for the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). Work onsite in Baltimore, MD, delivering innovative IT solutions for critical 'can't fail' missions in healthcare security.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Lead implementation of modernized CRM solutions, defining strategy and guidelines.
  • Understand existing environments, integrations, and recommend infrastructure optimizations with budget analysis.
  • Monitor performance, optimize CRM usage, and report on SLAs/TPMs/KPIs.
  • Enhance systems with automation, AIOps, scalability, and Zero Trust security.
  • Collaborate across stakeholders for secure, 24x7 available federal-compliant designs.
  • Manage change, training, Agile planning, and executive communications including white papers.
  • Document projects, track via enterprise tools, and facilitate transitions/demos.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree + 12-15 years experience; 5-8 years in Salesforce/Siebel/Pega.
  • Proven large CRM migration and multi-database design expertise.
  • Public Trust eligibility.

Preferred Qualifications

  • AWS Certified Architect, Multi-Cloud/GovCloud, Zero Trust, Pega certifications (PCSSA/CLSA).

  • Monitor CRM performance, optimize usage, and track KPIs/SLAs
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and Leidos CoP for technical decisions
  • Ensure secure, low-risk solutions compliant with federal standards and 24x7 availability
  • Manage change adoption, training, and communication plans
  • Develop executive briefings, white papers, and project documentation
  • Facilitate Agile sessions, requirements gathering, and transition activities for CMS legacy systems
