Join Leidos as a CSSP Trainer in Alexandria, VA

Leidos is seeking a dynamic CSSP Trainer to deliver elite training support for Battle Captains and Watch personnel in a secure SCIF environment. Centrally managed by DISA J-7, you will assist command center operations, communicate certification requirements to top leadership, and drive DISA-wide CSSP training initiatives. Operate independently with minimal guidance as the go-to expert for cybersecurity certifications.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Support full CSSP training lifecycle, from development to operational transition.
  • Build communities of interest bridging cyber-watch trainers, industry, and government standards.
  • Analyze curricula, objectives, and standards to develop materials ensuring mission-ready skills.
  • Drive innovation scoping, requirements development, and technology acquisition planning.
  • Elicit inputs from cyberspace operations for comprehensive planning.
  • Enable continuous improvement against evolving threats and capabilities.
  • Maintain accurate training databases and track Agency-level requirements.
  • Develop materials, manage certification reports, and oversee Workforce Improvement Program tools.
  • Foster relationships with technology vendors and demonstrate IT expertise.
  • Serve as SME in cyber panels, meetings, and working groups.

Basic Qualifications

  • Active TS/SCI clearance and current CSSP certification.
  • Bachelor's in technical field +12 years or Master's +10 years experience (4+ years may substitute degree).
  • Excellent communication for documentation and requirements gathering.
  • Organized, independent worker with MS Office expertise on large datasets.
