Join Leidos as a Cyber Analyst (Authorization to Connect) in Odenton, MD

Leidos is hiring multiple Cyber Analysts to support critical Connection Approval / Authorization to Connect efforts at Ft. Meade, MD. Primarily on-site with light partial telework available at customer discretion. Maximum starting salary: $70,000/year. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist branch leadership with communications, deliverables like briefings, white papers, SOPs, CONOPS, COOP Plans, and DISN CPG updates.
  • Ensure DoD architecture compliance; develop/maintain SOPs/TTPs; distribute up to three annual memorandums.
  • Craft policies/plans for Federal/DoD/DISA standards including SIPRNet Access Migration (SAM), MPLS, RMF, and Cloud connections.
  • Provide cybersecurity policy recommendations for DISA strategic planning, governance, and change management.
  • Perform IA compliance analysis, assess DISN connection cybersecurity impacts, review network/RMF packages and MOAs/MOUs.
  • Process/QA connection packages, resolve issues, deliver monthly metrics and weekly 30/60/90-day expiring circuit reports.
  • Attend governance boards/working groups, provide minutes, track actions.
  • Maintain CAO database integrity, manage mailboxes, track MP metrics using government systems.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's in IT-related field + 3 years experience (experience may substitute degree).
  • Active DoD TS/SCI eligibility clearance.
  • DoD 8570 IAM II or IAT II certification.
  • Deep knowledge of National/DoD IT policy, software evaluation processes, lifecycle quality, and formal/informal reviews.
