Join Leidos as a Cyber Analyst - ConMon

Leidos is hiring multiple ConMon Analysts to oversee and monitor authorized IT systems throughout their lifecycle, ensuring robust security posture. Positions are based in Alexandria, VA (primary), Fort Meade, MD, or Chambersburg, PA, with primarily on-site work and limited telework at customer discretion. Maximum starting salary: $70,000/year.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze proposed/actual system changes for security impact and control effectiveness using Qmulos, Splunk, ACAS, Axonius, CheckMark, BURP, and ESS.
• Develop/maintain DISA RE5 ConMon Strategy and SOP for A&A mission support.
• Perform continuous security control assessments, automated/manual monitoring, and deliver real-time status reports.
• Maintain ConMon Dashboard for compliance, POA&M, CMRS, assets, FISMA, and validations.
• Ensure RMF packages in eMASS comply with ConMon controls and report risks via DISA tools.
• Coordinate with admins on credentialing/data issues and alert leadership on posture changes.

Basic Qualifications

• Active DoD TS/SCI eligibility clearance.
• DoD 8570 IAM II/IAT II certification.
• Bachelor's (IT preferred) + 3 years cybersecurity experience (or equivalent).
• Expertise in security architecture, hardening, vulnerability management, RMF, NIST 800-37/53, CNSSI 1253, VMP.
• Tool proficiency and strong communication skills.
