We're seeking talented Cyber Analysts (Journeyman) for 24x7x365 Joint Operations Center (JOC) support at USCYBERCOM—a 4-Star Combatant Command.

Dynamic Shift Opportunities

Roles span Day, Swing, and Mid shifts with robust cross-training, upskilling, and surge support readiness. This is for an anticipated contract in Odenton, MD.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver SME guidance across JOC mission areas.
  • Enhance SOPs for DODIN defense and situational awareness.
  • Track CMF missions and facilitate SSA with partners.
  • Produce impact reports for USCYBERCOM components.
  • Liaise with DC3 for DIB and LE info sharing.
  • Craft communication strategies aligned to command vision.
  • Advise on CO doctrine, ROE, and policy.

Required Qualifications

  • TS/SCI with Polygraph.
  • BA/BS +8 years or 10+ years relevant experience.
  • Team management in DoD/IC CO.
  • Expertise in JP 3-12, JP 5-0, military ops phases, JOC, and cyber infrastructure.

  • Experience managing teams in Cyber Operations within DoD/IC (experience)
  • Intimate familiarity with military operations phases (planning, approval, execution) (experience)
  • Deep expertise in JOC operations (experience)
  • Broad knowledge of Blue-space Cyber capabilities and OCO infrastructure (experience)
  • Understanding of intelligence support for Cyber Operations (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Provide SME across JOC 24x7x365 operations
  • Develop and improve SOPs for USCYBERCOM JOC support
  • Maintain situational awareness on CMF mission planning and reporting
  • Facilitate shared situational awareness with components and partners
  • Create and submit reports on USCYBERCOM mission results
  • Share DIB and Law Enforcement info via DC3 liaison
  • Develop communication strategies and coach delivery
  • Guide on authorities, doctrine, ROE, and policy implementation
  • Conduct research and analysis for policy creation
