We're seeking talented Cyber Analysts (Journeyman) for evening shift in our Joint Operations Center (JOC) supporting USCYBERCOM's 24x7x365 mission.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver SME guidance across JOC operations, including SOP development for DODIN defense and situational awareness.
- Track Cyber Mission Force (CMF) status and facilitate shared situational awareness (SSA) with components and partners.
- Produce impact reports and enable info sharing with DC3, DIB, and law enforcement.
- Craft communication strategies and provide doctrine/ROE guidance for cyberspace operations.
Required Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph.
- BA/BS in STEM or related +8 years, or 10+ years experience.
- Proven team leadership in DoD/IC cyber ops; deep JOC and Joint Pubs knowledge.

- Intimate familiarity with military operations phases (planning, approval, execution) (experience)
- Deep expertise in JOC operations and Blue-space Cyber capabilities (experience)
- Knowledge of JP 1-0, JP 3-0, JP 3-12, JP 5-0, and strategic CO guidance (experience)
Responsibilities
- Provide SME across JOC work roles supporting 24x7x365 USCYBERCOM operations
- Develop and improve SOPs for mission-essential support to defend DODIN
- Maintain situational awareness on CMF mission planning, status, and reporting
- Facilitate SSA by analyzing USCYBERCOM operations and sharing consolidated views
- Create reports on USCYBERCOM components’ mission results and impacts
- Share DIB and Law Enforcement info via liaison with DC3 and partners
- Develop communication strategies aligned with command vision
- Guide on authorities, doctrine, ROE, and support policy development
- Conduct research and analysis for effective policies
- Communicate complex info confidently via verbal, written, visual means
