Our National Security Sector delivers cutting-edge cyber, logistics, and decision analytics solutions to support U.S. defense and intelligence missions against evolving global threats. We're seeking talented Junior Cyber Analysts for the Joint Operations Center (JOC) at USCYBERCOM, operating 24x7x365 in a dynamic 4-Star Combatant Command environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver expert support across JOC operations, including day, swing, and mid shifts with robust cross-training.
- Develop SOPs to enhance mission delivery, DODIN defense, and situational awareness for USCYBERCOM staff, components, and partners.
- Track Cyber Mission Force (CMF) planning, status, and reporting while facilitating shared situational awareness (SSA).
- Produce impactful reports and enable information sharing with DC3, Defense Industrial Base, and law enforcement.
- Craft communication strategies, provide doctrine guidance, and support policy development for cyberspace operations.
Required Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.
- BA/BS in STEM or related field, or 3+ years military experience.
- Proven JOC operations experience and familiarity with Joint Publications (JP 3-12, JP 5-0, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of networking, cyber infrastructure, and military planning phases.

- Knowledge of Blue-space Cyber capabilities and DODIN defense (experience)
Responsibilities
- Support 24x7x365 JOC operations across multiple shifts with cross-training and surge support
- Develop and improve SOPs for USCYBERCOM JOC mission support
- Maintain situational awareness on CMF missions and provide consolidated views to stakeholders
- Create and submit reports on USCYBERCOM components’ mission results
- Facilitate information sharing with Defense Industrial Base, Law Enforcement, and DC3
- Develop communication strategies and provide policy guidance on cyberspace operations
