We're seeking high-potential junior Cyber Analysts for evening shift in our Joint Operations Center (JOC) supporting USCYBERCOM's 24x7x365 mission. This role anticipates a future contract award and includes robust cross-training for surge support.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute Current Operations in a dynamic 4-Star Combatant Command environment.
- Enhance SOPs for DODIN defense and situational awareness sharing with partners.
- Track Cyber Mission Force activities and produce mission impact reports.
- Coordinate with DC3 and stakeholders for threat information sharing.
- Craft communications aligned with command vision and provide doctrine guidance.
Required Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph.
- STEM or related degree + relevant experience; military JOC ops familiarity.
- Expertise in JP 3-12 Cyberspace Operations, networking, and intel needs.

- Experience conducting Joint Operations Center (JOC) operations (experience)
- Knowledge of Blue-space Cyber capabilities and DODIN defense (experience)
- Understanding of cyberspace operations doctrine, ROE, and intelligence support (experience)
Responsibilities
- Support 24x7x365 JOC operations across multiple mission areas for USCYBERCOM
- Develop and improve SOPs for mission-essential and surge support
- Maintain situational awareness on Cyber Mission Force planning, status, and reporting
- Create and submit reports on USCYBERCOM components’ mission results
- Facilitate information sharing with Defense Industrial Base, Law Enforcement, and DC3
- Develop communication strategies and provide policy guidance on authorities and doctrine
- Conduct research, analysis, and communication for policy development
- Participate in cross-training and upskilling for evening shift and surge requirements
